Business Manager

Responsible for supervision of all business office functions, prepares estimates and coordinated development of annual budget, prepares and submits reports concerning business operations, oversees scheduling of non-school use of plant and facilities, administers school census, assists Superintendent in monitoring Legislative meetings.

Accounts Payable
Nancy Chandler and Kayce Baldwin
Processes all requests for purchase orders from sites, works with vendors on billing and payment issues, processes checks authorized by board for payment. Processes monthly bills, reviews accounts payable statements.

Accounting
Laura Cole
Alio system is networked to all sites except the isolated schools. Financial accounting applications are on this server system. This function provides system support and technical assistance for Alio applications.

Payroll
Joyce Kenehan and Rebecca Stossel
Coordinates payroll processes for all employees. Coordinates health, dental, and life insurance. Provides orientation and information to employees on all payroll and insurance matters.

Business Secretary
Teressa Marchant
Provides support for the business department and human resources department. Assists with payroll, accounts payable, HR and secretarial support for the business manager in addition to recording deposits. Maintains files for fixed assets, isolation, tuition, student accidents and insurance.


Federal Programs Bookkeeper
Pat Spahr
Processes all financial functions for Federal Programs, including purchase orders, payment of bills, tracking expenditures and revenues of the various funds, writing grant amendments, interfacing with the Wyoming Department of Education in relation to federal programs funding, and interfacing with the other Business Department functions to ensure proper funds are being charged for personnel and other expenditures.


Warehouse
Tom Johnson
Maintains a supply of commonly used instructional and consumable items (i.e. colored paper, pens, paper towels, and custodial supplies). Also functions as central receiving for the district.
