Graduation Requirements
1. Eight Semesters of Attendance (grades 9-12)
2. 25 Credit Hours earned in grades 9-12; 0.5 credits equal a semester class and 1.0 credit equals a yearlong class.
English: 4 years/4 credits. Coursework must include English 9 with American Literature, World Literature & Composition and 11th Grade Literature & Composition.
Science: 3 years/3 credits
Math : 3 years/3 credits
Social Studies: 3 years/3 credits. Coursework must include American History: 1877 - Present (Modern American Studies 1&2) and 1 year of Government (American Government & Politics).
Physical Education: 1.5 credits/1.5 years. Coursework must include one semester of Survey of Physical Education, Team Sports, OR Individual/Dual SportHealth: 0.5 credits/0.5 year
Vocational OR Fine Arts OR World Language: 2 credits/2 years in one of the three content areas.

Curriculum Requirements for College Admissions
1. All colleges have their own specific admissions requirements which can include minimum ACT Scores, minimum high school GPA, extra-curricular involvement, and high school course requirements. It is always important to look at your prospective college's requirements when planning coursework in high school.
2. We recommend the following coursework in addition to the minimum graduation requirements listed above.
1 additional Year of Math for a total of 4
1 additional Year of Science for a total of 4
2 sequences years from World Language OR Fine Arts OR CTE courses
