Planning for Adulthood

Secondary transition planning is a process that develops each year to prepare high school students for life after high school.  Goals evolve and change as the student grows through experiences and gains new insights.  The items below are a guide to assist with the process of preparing your child to be as prepared as possible for adulthood.
